Job summary

OCBC Bank Singapore is seeking a Security Lead to steer physical security operations across our premises. You will define and maintain security programmes, post orders, and incident response, while working closely with facilities teams to protect people and assets.

As a leader, you will supervise on-site security staff, drive risk assessments, ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate with vendors for security systems maintenance and improvements.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in Security / Facilities Management or equivalent.
• 6–10 years of security operations experience with supervisory/leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Formulate, review and implement security programmes, procedures and post orders.
• Lead on-site security team and coordinate with facilities management for safe operations.
• Oversee access control processes and maintain audit-ready records.
• Support risk assessments, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage relationships with security vendors and oversee maintenance of security systems.
