Job summary

Grace HR Solutions is helping a leading Singapore company recruit for a project coordinator role. You will coordinate with external parties, assist with ELV and security system design, testing and commissioning, and develop schedules to meet milestones.

The job involves on-site supervision and close tracking of progress to ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate has a diploma and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with knowledge of CCTV, PA, fire alarm systems, and BIM/AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Diploma in relevant fields.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge in Security System and ELV Systems (PA, Fire, CCTV, Card Access).
• Familiar with BIM (Navisworks) and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with external parties and customers to plan, organize and execute the project activities.
• Assist the manager in engineering works such as system designing, testing & commissioning for ELV and security systems.
• Plan and develop project schedules to meet customer requirements and milestones.
• Responsible for site activities including coordination and supervision of engineering works.
• Ensure timely completion of projects and attend site meetings.
