JULIAN GREY CORPORATE ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to join our security solutions team in Singapore.

The role focuses on managing end-to-end project execution, coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors, and maintaining clear client communications to ensure on-time delivery and quality. You will monitor budgets, allocate resources, prepare documentation, and identify risks while supporting other project tasks as needed.

Formación

• Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Must have own transport for site travel with a fixed monthly transport allowance.

Responsabilidades

• Identify potential risks or challenges and implement appropriate solutions to keep projects on track.
• Support other project-related tasks or assignments as required.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a similar industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle tight schedules
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn and grow professionally
• Must have own transport (car or motorcycle) for site travel; fixed monthly transport allowance provided.
