Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a concise, organized Project Administrator to support security project managers with day-to-day administration. You will keep information current, follow up actions, and prepare records for delivery of projects.

The role covers physical and electronic security systems, including access control, CCTV, intruder alarms, and related infrastructure, requiring strong document control and proactive follow-up.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and follow-up.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including concise emails and minutes.
• Experience using Google Workspace and Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Ability to prioritise tasks across several projects and meet deadlines.
• Discretion handling sensitive project information and client processes.
• Willingness to learn security terminology and client-specific procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain trackers and update status, milestones, and dates.
• Organise project folders, drawings, and reports with version control.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, and minutes with owners and dates.
• Follow up with stakeholders and flag overdue items and blockers.
• Prepare weekly status updates and milestone summaries for leadership.
• Coordinate design reviews, site activities, and handovers, flagging conflicts.
