Job summary

EY in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager/Manager to lead Security Operations within Managed Cybersecurity Services and advisory offerings. You will drive delivery of SOC, MDR, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and incident response for enterprise clients.

You will collaborate with clients, engineering teams, and leadership to design scalable security operations, automate where possible, and develop strategic roadmaps aligning with evolving threats and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8–12 years in cybersecurity with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing Security Operations or related services.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security architecture, operations, and managed service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and governance of Managed Cybersecurity Services with focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee operations across SOC, MDR, SIEM, and incident response; drive continual improvement.
• Develop and maintain service roadmaps, KPIs, and governance frameworks.
