Job summary

EY in Singapore seeks an experienced Cyber Security (Financial Services) Manager/Senior Manager to lead large-scale security transformation programs across Security Operations, IAM, and Data Protection for Banking, Insurance and Capital Markets clients.

You will engage C-suite stakeholders, shape target operating models, drive business development, and mentor teams. ideal candidates bring 10+ years in cyber security consulting and certifications such as CISSP/CISM/TOGAF.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science/electrical engineering, information technology or equivalent.
• 10+ years cyber security experience for Senior Manager; 12+ years for Director.
• Proven consulting experience in professional services or management consulting.
• Experience leading large client engagements and managing senior executives.
• FS sector cyber security experience strongly preferred.
• Deep expertise in at least one of: Security Operations, IAM, Security Strategy, or Data Protection.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver large-scale cyber security transformation programmes across SOC, IAM, and Data Protection.
• Engage C-suite executives, CISOs, CIOs and risk leaders.
• Develop cyber security strategies, operating models, governance, and roadmaps.
• Drive business development, client relationships, and thought leadership.
• Manage and coach high-performing teams across engagements.
• Support financial services clients on regulatory and resilience objectives.
• Lead engagement delivery, governance, and quality across complex programmes.
