Job summary

EY in Singapore is seeking a Cyber Security Senior Manager/Director to lead end-to-end security transformations for financial services clients. You will work with a global team to design, implement and govern security capabilities across SOC, IAM, data protection and privacy domains.

You will advise senior executives, shape target operating models, governance frameworks and transformation roadmaps while driving business development and client relationships across complex programmes.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS, CE, IT or equivalent.
• 10+ years of cyber security experience for Senior Manager; 12+ for Director.
• Proven consulting experience in professional services.
• Experience leading large client engagements with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in Financial Services cyber security preferred.
• Deep expertise in at least one specialization: SOC/IAM/Strategy/Data Protection.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale cyber security transformation programmes across SOC, IAM, Strategy, and Data Protection.
• Advise C-level executives and risk leaders on security risks and transformation opportunities.
• Develop cyber security strategies, operating models, governance frameworks and roadmaps.
• Drive business development activities and client relationships.
• Lead engagement delivery and governance across complex programs.
