Job summary

OVERSEAS (S) SECURITY PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated security professional to oversee daily security operations and officer deployment. You will plan rosters, coordinate with site supervisors, and manage incidents to ensure PRD and SOP compliance.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in MS Office. On-call coverage and independent working are expected as part of this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N'-Level or relevant experience in security operations.
• 1 year experience in the security industry preferred.
• Knowledge of PRD regulations, deployment, and roster planning.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and perform under pressure.
• Willing to be on standby / on-call when required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations and officer deployment
• Plan duty rosters, relief coverage, and manpower scheduling
• Coordinate with site supervisors and operations controllers
• Manage incidents, investigations, and corrective follow-ups
• Conduct site inspections to ensure PRD and SOP compliance
• Liaise with clients on operational and service requirements
• Support officer onboarding, training, and performance tracking
• Prepare operational reports and documentation for management
