Job summary

JOBALLY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead daily security operations on site for a club environment. You will supervise a team of Security Officers, respond to incidents, monitor CCTV, manage access, and maintain security records. A PLRD license and PWM certifications are required, with a 6-day work week and rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum Secondary School education.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Security Supervisor or Senior Security Officer.
• Valid PLRD Security Supervisor Grade licence is required.
• Possess the relevant WSQ/NSRS Security certifications in accordance with PWM requirements.
• Good communication, observation and incident-handling skills.
• Able to work independently as well as lead and supervise a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations and man the security post/guard house.
• Supervise and guide the Security Officers to ensure duties are carried out effectively.
• Respond to security incidents, fire alarms and emergencies, and investigate disturbances when required.
• Conduct regular patrols of the Club's grounds, buildings and designated areas to detect signs of intrusion or other irregularities.
• Monitor CCTV surveillance and take appropriate action on suspicious or unusual activities.
• Monitor and control access to restricted areas.
• Operate basic security equipment and systems as required.
• Verify and authorize entry of Club members and guests in accordance with procedures.
• Maintain proper records and reports of security incidents and unusual occurrences.
