Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking security personnel to execute daily deployment duties at assigned duty points and to greet visitors with professionalism. You will support vehicle operations, assist with wheelchairs and wayfinding, coordinate transport services, and manage access controls.

The role requires at least 2 years in security operations, and the ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in security operations.
• Shift work including mornings, afternoons and midnights.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily deployment duties across assigned security duty points.
• Greet and assist patients and visitors at entrances with a professional and courteous approach.
• Support vehicle operations by opening/closing doors and managing front lobby flow.
• Provide assistance with wheelchairs, trolleys, and general wayfinding needs.
• Coordinate taxi services, portering, and patient transport support.
• Manage traffic flow within roads and carpark areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Support car park operations, including access and operational matters.
• Administer key control, card access systems, and contractor passes.
• Monitor and review CCTV footage and maintain accurate incident records.
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies (e.g., fire alarms, evacuations).
• Handle security situations such as violent behaviour, crowd control, and crisis response.
• Conduct regular internal and external foot patrols.
• Assist supervisors in deployment and operations when assigned as 2nd IC.
• Provide security support during ad-hoc events such as VIP visits or emergencies.
