Job summary

Hotel Grand Central Limited is seeking a vigilant Security Officer to patrol the hotel premises and maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.

You will respond to alarms and investigate incidents, assist guests and colleagues with security needs, and coordinate with Front Desk during investigations. The role includes continuous CCTV monitoring and performing additional duties as assigned by the Security Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of security protocols.
• Physically fit.
• Ability to solve problems as they arise.
• Attention to detail.
• Possesses a valid Security Officer License.
• Able to perform shift work.

• Respond to guests and staff for their needs or requests for security assistance, and to follow up with security investigations when necessary.

• Monitor CCTV cameras to observe for any suspicious activities and guests.
• Any other duties assigned by the Security Supervisor.
