Job summary

EtonHouse International School Orchard in Singapore seeks a security professional to ensure safety and security across the campus, monitor visitors, contractors, and deliveries, and maintain a positive image of the school while coordinating with management on incidents and daily operations.

The role requires PSLE education, no criminal record, and possession of licensing modules, with focus on deterrence, patrols, and incident reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum PSLE Education is required.
• No Criminal Record is required.
• ESS Workplace Literacy Numeracy Level 4.
• Must possess two basic Licensing Modules.
• Handle Security Incidents and Services.
• Provide Guard and Patrol Services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain alertness to deter, detect and delay crimes or incidents.
• Protect safety and security of premises, students, teachers and assets.
• Maintain the Clients and Company image.
• Handle inquiries/monitor visitors, residents (Walk-In/Drive-In).
• Handle inquiries/monitor sub-contractors/term contractors.
• Handle/monitor movers/renovations works/incidents.
• Manage drive-in and drop-off area.
• Attend and report all incidents to management.
• Patrol and clock in/out.
• Traffic control/illegal parking.
• Crime prevention.
• General building facilities monitoring.
• Liaise with management on other duties and responsibilities.
