Job summary

TREETOPS EXECUTIVE RESIDENCES in Singapore is looking for a dedicated security officer to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff. Key responsibilities include monitoring, conducting audits, and maintaining surveillance across the property.

Candidates must have at least GCE 'N' Level, preferably hold a PLRD License and WSQ Basic Security Officer certification. The role requires fluency in English and the ability to work independently in a rotating shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Candidates with PLRD License & WSQ Basic Security Officer certification are preferred.
• Able to perform 3 rotating shifts (9 hours per shift).
• Communicate fluently in both spoken & written English.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the safety and security of Treetops' guests, employees and property.
• Conduct audit checks of keys in the Guard House.
• Carry out monthly fire safety inspection.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the safety and security of Treetops' guests, employees and property;
• Monitor staff reporting on and off duty;
• Conduct audit checks of keys in the Guard House;
• Maintain a 24 hour surveillance of all work areas;
• Maintain a vigil on the closed circuit TV system and inform officers on patrol duties of any unusual happenings;
• Check all packages and passes of employees entering and leaving the building;
• Carry out monthly fire safety inspection;
• Prevent and detect any form of terrorist activity in the premises;
• Prevent and detect any illegal activities such as gambling in the premises;
• Coordinate closely with the local Police and other government agencies;
• To assist Finance Department in the daily cash count and banking services;
• To assist with luggage/porter services when needed
