Job summary

GXS Bank Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Security Engineer to drive security strategy across multiple domains including identity, application security, cloud, DevSecOps, and detection engineering.

You will shape the future of information security by building tools to identify and eradicate vulnerabilities throughout the software development lifecycle. You will work with public cloud, Terraform, posture security tools, and open-source solutions to automate and strengthen the bank’s security posture.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in information security roles.
• Experience scripting/programming for security automation.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, serverless, containers).
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH or equivalent preferred.
• Solid understanding of security frameworks, standards, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive security strategy and initiatives from 0 to 1 across multiple domains.
• Lead engagements with audits and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with SRE, Data Engineering, and Product to improve security posture.
• Develop security tools and automate controls across the SDLC.
• Mentor junior engineers and uplift security capabilities.
