Job summary

Chubb Fire & Security in Singapore seeks a vigilant security advisor to operate CCTV, access control, and intrusion systems across sites. You will monitor alarms, respond per SOPs, report incidents, and support on-site security events with calm, clear communication.

Candidates should hold a NITEC or higher, a valid PLRD Security licence (PWM SSO), and MS Office proficiency. The role requires 12-hour rotating shifts and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have NITEC or higher
• PLRD Security licence PWM SSO required
• Command Center experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Well-spoken with good command of English
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor CCTV surveillance system, Access Control system, Intrusion Detection System and related security systems
• Respond to alarms and fault indicators per protocol & SOPs
• Report incidents to management accurately
• Support on-site security incidents and escalation according to SOPs
• Familiar with emergency procedures
• Handle staff notification calls for substation access
• Assist in other duties as assigned by Team Leader or Reporting Officer
