Job summary

CHUBB SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a motivated Security Technician to monitor and operate CCTV, Access Control, and intrusion detection systems on-site. You will respond to alarms, report incidents, and support emergency procedures as part of a fast-paced security team.

The role requires NITEC or higher, PLRD Security licence (PWM SSO), and good English. Candidates with Command Center experience and proficiency in MS Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• NITEC certification or higher required.
• PLRD Security licence (PWM grade SSO) must.
• Experience in Command Center preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Strong English communication required.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor CCTV surveillance system, Access Control system, Intrusion Detection System and related security systems.
• Respond to alarms and fault indicators per SOPs.
• Report incidents to management accurately.
• Support and respond to security incidents on site and escalate per protocol.
• Be fully acquainted with emergency procedures.
• Handle notification calls for substation access.
• Assist Team Leader and Reporting Officer as needed.
