Job summary

ARSLAN SRS Singapore is seeking a Security Centre Flex Supervisor to provide operational leadership within the APAC Security Operations Centre. You will oversee shift teams, supervise security operations and support incident response across the region.

The role requires strong leadership, decision-making and communication skills to manage high-pressure situations and coordinate with executive leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven leadership and incident management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of Control Centre shift teams.
• Supervise day-to-day security operations and shift readiness.
• Support operational performance and team training.
• Lead incident response and crisis management activities.
• Manage and coordinate incidents from start to finish.
• Support wider Global Security emergency operations.
• Communicate professionally with senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Ensure quality control of incident reports and briefings.
• Backfill Shift Supervisor duties during contingencies or emergencies.
• Oversee CCTV, Access Control and Incident Management Systems.
