TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Section Manager to lead LTA construction projects in Singapore.

You will direct site operations, supervise engineers and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery. The role requires a civil engineering degree and 8–10 years in construction, including 5+ years on LTA works. You will coordinate with project teams, regulators, and clients to uphold standards and performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
8–10 years of construction experience, with 5+ years on LTA infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of LTA regulations, construction methods, and project management.
Experience with MRT, roadworks, viaducts, tunnels, bridges, or major civil works.
Proven leadership of engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee execution of sections within LTA projects.
Manage daily site operations per schedule and quality standards.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Consultants, LTA reps, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with LTA specs, contract requirements, and regulations.
Plan manpower, equipment, and materials to hit milestones.
Conduct site inspections for safety, quality, and environment.
Review drawings, specifications, and method statements.
Lead project meetings and report progress to management and clients.
Manage subcontractor performance, quality, and productivity.
Maintain site documentation and records.
Drive continuous improvement in project performance.
