Job summary

RS RECRUITMENT AGENCY LLP is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to supervise and lead a project team to deliver civil works on time and within budget in Singapore. You will oversee from conception to handover, coordinating with clients, architects, engineers and contractors to ensure design, development and construction align with standards.

You will set priorities, provide regular updates to management, manage budgets and drive projects proactively, while resolving site issues and reporting

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 10 years of experiences in relevant projects
• Good leadership skills, project management, budget management etc
• Experience in LTA Projects

Responsibilities

• Supervision and management of the project team to complete works within budget and within the time frame, in accordance with company plans, standards and specification.
• Oversee project operation from conception, to completion including handover to clients.
• Manage communications and negotiations with client, architects, engineers and contractors throughout design, development and construction.
• Identify, evaluate and leading projects team to resolve site issues.
• Set and adjust priorities to meet the Company’s strategic plans, goals and drive the project forward pro-actively.
• Provide regular updates, reports, recommendations and analysis to Management standards.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor.
