Responsibilities
  • Teaching & Learning: Deliver illum.e’s signature Secondary English classes (Sec 1–4) with clarity, impact, and inspiration. Build student confidence and drive mastery beyond grades.
  • Curriculum Development: Work with our curriculum team to design and refine cutting-edge lesson materials, assessments, and resources that set national benchmarks in rigour and relevance.
  • Student Progression: Track student performance, adapt pedagogy, and ensure each learner achieves growth with excellence.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with Curriculum Leads to identify gaps, propose innovations, and co-create modules that shape the future of Secondary English.
  • Leadership Pathway: Take part in professional growth initiatives that prepare you to step into Curriculum Lead roles, where you will shape vision, strategy, and team culture for Secondary English.
