Job summary

DOMESTIC MAID SPECIALIST is seeking a results-driven sales leader to develop and execute wholesale strategies, set annual targets, and drive growth to increase market share.

You will manage key accounts, coordinate with supply chain, and leverage market insights to optimize product portfolios and promotions. A minimum of four years' relevant experience is required, with leadership capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

• Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute wholesale sales strategies, set annual sales targets, drive sales growth, and increase market share.
• Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, such as wholesalers and distributors, promptly respond to customer needs, resolve issues arising during collaboration, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Market Analysis and Insight: Continuously monitor industry dynamics, market trends, and competitor performance, collect and analyze market data to inform business decisions, such as adjusting product portfolios based on market demand.
• Team Management: Lead and manage the sales team, develop work plans, assign tasks, regularly evaluate team member performance, provide training and development opportunities, and enhance the team's overall business capabilities.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely product supply and appropriate inventory levels, optimize supply chain processes, and ensure smooth sales operations.
• At least four years of relevant work experience required.
