Johnson & Johnson Vision Care in Singapore seeks a Commercial BU Director for the SEA cluster. You will own end-to-end performance, strategic direction, and organizational effectiveness across SEA, providing decisive leadership in sales, marketing, market access, professional education, and KOL engagement.

Lead cross-functional teams, drive omnichannel growth, and deliver sustainable long‑term value. Strong business ownership, strategic thinking, and execution excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MS/MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of business and commercial experience in sales/marketing.
• 5+ years of Business Unit management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the SEA Vision Care business strategy and performance.
• Oversee P&L accountability including revenue, gross profit, and ROI.
• Lead cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, market access and education.
• Develop and execute market development, pricing, and channel strategies.
• Build partnerships with key customers, KOLs, and distributors to enable growth.
• Shape portfolio decisions and launch readiness for regional innovations.
