Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a senior commercial leader to drive the Cataract and Refractive businesses across Malaysia and Singapore. You will shape long-term strategic plans, align annual objectives, and oversee distributors and partnerships to achieve growth.

The role requires extensive healthcare/ophthalmology experience, strong leadership, and a proven track record in SEA markets. You will influence cross-functional teams and ensure compliant, ethical marketing and operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Bio-Science, Health-Science or Pharmacy; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in healthcare/ophthalmology.
• 5+ years in leadership managing a team.
• Experience across SEA markets esp. Singapore/Malaysia; with distributors/logistics partners.

Responsibilities

• Leads commercial operations of Cataract and Refractive businesses in Malaysia and Singapore; defines long-range strategic plan and ensures annual targets.
• Anticipates market trends; prioritizes growth opportunities and implements efficient business processes.
• Leads and coaches the commercial team; ensures compliant, ethical marketing; builds relationships with government, regulators and key opinion leaders.
• Manages price, reimbursement, and distributor performance; delivers rolling financial forecasts and KPIs.
