Mercuri Urval is seeking a Managing Director to lead and grow its business across Singapore and selected Southeast Asian markets. Based in Singapore, you will hold full P&L accountability for the cluster, driving profitable growth in infrastructure-driven markets and expanding data centre and microelectronics activity.

You will build and lead country teams across sales, operations and finance, develop relationships with key customers and partners, and align local strategy with group priorities

Qualifications

• 12+ years in industrial or engineered products with leadership experience
• 5+ years in a country or multi-country general management or senior commercial leadership role in SEA
• Experience selling into data centres and/or microelectronics customers
• Background in water, flow control, pumps, valves, piping, cooling, building services or adjacent sectors
• Proven record of delivering profitable growth and managing a full P&L
• Strong grasp of project and channel-led sales, including tender processes
• Established network across SEA customers, partners and industry stakeholders
• Ability to lead multinational teams and engage C-suite audiences

Responsabilités

• Own strategy, P&L and annual business plan for Singapore and selected SEA markets
• Lead and develop country teams across sales, technical, operations and finance
• Build senior relationships with key customers, EPCs, consultants, contractors and utilities
• Grow business in high-growth segments such as data centre cooling and microelectronics fabs
• Strengthen and expand distributor, SI and partner network
• Drive commercial excellence: pricing, pipeline management, tenders and forecasting
• Ensure governance, HSE and quality standards
• Represent the cluster to global leadership and align local strategy with group priorities
