• Ability to supervise and coordinate junior staff or processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate export documentation and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Manage invoicing processes and billing for freight shipments.
• Oversee booking systems to arrange cargo space and schedules.
• Support export operations and WMS/ERP data entry as needed.
• Assist in export management activities and reporting.
