Fugro Singapore is seeking an SEA Finance Lead to oversee country controllership across Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Brunei, Indonesia and Vietnam, ensuring timely close, robust controls and compliance with group policies.

You will lead the local SEA Finance team, coordinate statutory reporting and tax compliance, and partner with regional finance to support business decisions and risk management.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in accounting or related field; ACCA is advantageous.
• 8+ years of relevant finance experience including multi-country controllership and statutory reporting.
• Experience in leading a finance team and coordinating audits.

Responsabilidades

• Lead country controllership across SEA entities meeting local statutory requirements and group policies.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting, and key accounting judgements.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity through reconciliations, intercompany, and asset/liability reviews.
• Drive governance across SEA countries and remediate control deficiencies.
• Lead and develop the SEA Finance team with clear responsibilities and coverage.
• Coordinate statutory financial statements and external audits with Group Finance and auditors.
• Collaborate with SEA Tax Manager to ensure compliance and transfer pricing requirements.
• Review revenue recognition, project accounting, WIP, receivables and working capital actions.
