Job summary

WeAreAspire in Singapore is recruiting a Sales Director to lead the SEA market. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, building senior relationships with agencies and premium brands across the region.

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will drive revenue, manage a healthy pipeline, and collaborate with Client Success and Product teams to deliver campaign solutions. travel across SEA is expected in this fast-growing, entrepreneurial Adtech environment.

Qualifications

• 7-8+ years' experience in digital media sales, adtech, or media agencies.
• Strong existing relationships across agency holding groups and premium brand advertisers.
• Proven ability to independently open doors, close complex deals, and own a full pipeline.
• Commercial and analytical acumen, with strong strategic planning skills.
• A consultative, solution-led sales style, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Solid understanding of digital media and programmatic advertising.
• Willingness to travel occasionally across SEA.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through to pitch, proposal, negotiation, and closure
• Build and maintain a healthy, qualified pipeline across agencies and clients
• Consistently exceed revenue targets through new business, upsell, and cross-sell
• Build senior relationships with decision-makers across agency holding groups, independents, and premium brand marketing teams
• Position yourself as a trusted, consultative partner, translating client needs into bespoke campaign strategies
• Identify whitespace opportunities and drive deeper account penetration across complex organisations
• Stay ahead of industry trends, including cookieless environments, sustainability, and evolving ad formats
• Partner closely with Client Success, Creative, Operations, and Publisher Management to deliver seamless client outcomes
