Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales Solutions Architect partners with local sales and pre-sales teams to deliver in-depth technical presentations, evaluate proofs of concept, and kickoff initial software implementations.
• Act as the technical bridge between customers, partners and development to influence product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive the technical sales process and enable partner success.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the IT Operations market and the cloud-native landscape.
• Demonstrate and present compelling demonstrations and technical reviews.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.

What you'll do:

We are seeking a CSP Presales Architect to drive technical enablement and solution design with our strategic partner ecosystem. You will work directly with partners to architect and implement complex solutions, guide them through deployments, and ensure successful customer outcomes across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. This role requires deep technical expertise combined with exceptional partner relationship management skills to accelerate joint go‑to‑market initiatives. The ideal candidate will serve as the technical bridge between HPE and our partners, driving mutual business success through innovative solution delivery and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre‑Sales Solutions Architect partners with the local sales and pre‑sales technical teams to help deliver in‑depth technical presentations, work through complex Proofs of Concept, and kickoff initial software implementations. Solutions Architect is also the lynchpin between the field (customers) and development. He/she plays a vital role in taking customer and prospect feedback and communicating it back to the Product and Development teams to help drive the product roadmap.
• Partner with the local sales and pre‑sales technical teams to drive the technical sales process.
• Have a strong understanding of the IT Operations market and the competitive landscape.
• Have a strong understanding of the cloud native market.
