Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a CSP Presales Architect to drive technical enablement and solution design with partner ecosystems for hybrid cloud environments. You will lead deployments, architect complex solutions, and support joint go‑to‑market initiatives across CSP/MSP customers.

The role requires deep technical acumen in virtualization, OpsRamp/Aria tools, and strong partner relationship skills to deliver value and outcomes. This is a hybrid position with office days as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 5–10 years of IT experience with a focus on technical selling.
• Proven track record in solution configurations and architecture design (virtualization).
• Experience with Aria Operations and/or Aria Automation.
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows OS deployments, networking, and storage.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer proposals aligned with business needs.
• Provide technical expertise in virtualization and infrastructure solutions.
• Support CSP partner sales with demos, PoCs, and presentations.
• Identify opportunities through partner engagements and upselling.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to design scalable solutions.
• Monitor trends to refine the value proposition and forecast activities.
• Document partner activities and contribute to pipeline management.
• Act as trusted advisor ensuring solutions fit the customer IT ecosystem.
