Qualifications

• Background in pharmacy, biology, biomedical sciences, or life-science field.
• Strong understanding of biology and human physiology.
• Ability to read, understand, and synthesize scientific literature.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to structure complex information and communicate clearly.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary projects including Horizon Europe research project.
• Work with biology, clinical research, and therapeutic teams across fields.
• Track work packages, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Turn scientific objectives into actions with clear responsibilities and deadlines.
• Prepare and follow up on project meetings, decisions, and action items.
• Read and synthesize scientific literature, clinical information, and research materials.
• Coordinate information between scientific teams and the project-management team.
• Follow up with partners, identify delays, dependencies, and blockers, and keep work moving.
• Support project documentation, reporting, and consortium communication.
• Gradually take ownership of specific project-management activities and workstreams.
• Help improve the processes and tools used to coordinate the project.
