V-SWIFT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a school support staff to assist Science and Mathematics programmes. You will prepare science apparatus, tidy resources, and support teachers with manipulatives, recordings, and administrative tasks.

The role involves working with teachers to develop teaching materials and to assist in stock management and resource preparation for daily, regular, and annual activities.

Qualifikationen

• Preferably has experience working in a school environment, providing Science and Mathematics related support.
• Able to use basic MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to work and achieve work goals independently, while pro-actively seeking clarification when needed.

Aufgaben

• Prepare Science apparatus for experiments.
• Keep Science apparatus after lessons.
• Pack Mathematics and Science resources neatly in cupboards and laboratories.
• Perform simple repairs and maintenance of equipment and teaching aids.
• Work with teachers to create simple manipulatives and/or any other materials required in support of Math and Science programmes.
• Support photo-taking for Mathematics and Science programmes and development of teaching resources.
• Support Mathematics and Science Departments in preparation for recess activities.
• Take simple Mathematics and/or Science teaching videos for use as teaching resources.
• Provide administrative support as deployed by the school.
• Assist the HOD/Science and HOD/Mathematics to develop a stock list, conduct stocktaking, and maintain the stock list.
• Organise the return and collection of Mathematics and Science desk copies by teachers.
