Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd is seeking a reliable facilities helper to ensure smooth day-to-day school operations and upkeep of classrooms and equipment in Singapore. The role includes room preparation, stock monitoring, and coordinating with staff for maintenance tasks.

The position requires basic English, a calm team player who can follow instructions and work independently when needed. 12-month contract with potential extension during examination periods and special projects.

Qualifications

• GCE 'N' Level or equivalent.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Experience in cleaning or workspace maintenance, preferably in a school or laboratory environment.
• Able to follow instructions and work under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient functioning of assigned rooms and support day-to-day operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize used apparatus and equipment.
• Provide logistical support for lessons and prep rooms.
• Monitor and replenish school supplies to ensure adequate stock.

• Monitor and replenish school supplies to ensure they are adequately stocked.
• Coordinate with colleagues on the maintenance of school equipment.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level qualification or equivalent.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Prior experience in cleaning or workspace maintenance, preferably in a laboratory or school environment.
• Able to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic organisational and time-management skills.
• Responsible and accountable.
• Flexible to work additional or adjusted hours during examination periods or special projects when required.

Duration/Working Hours:

12 months - opt to extend for 12 months(Jan 2027 to Dec 2027)

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 5:0pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Fridays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
