Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Science Room Assistant to support teachers in preparing resources for lessons and science-related activities. You will oversee inventory, maintain two science rooms, and help with enrichment programs.

The role also involves assisting with experiments, recycling initiatives, gardening projects, and basic admin duties at the General Office. Strong communication and writing skills, plus some gardening experience, are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level
• Good communication and writing skills
• Some gardening experience

Responsibilities

• Work with teachers to prepare resources for lessons and science-related activities
• Oversee and organise inventory to ensure stock is well maintained
• Maintain cleanliness of the two Science rooms
• Conduct regular physical checks on Science room equipment to ensure working order
• Assist in science activities (e.g., experiments, recycling programme, enrichment activities, gardening/vertical garden, rainwater harvesting tank, glass enclosure)
• Assist with other duties as assigned by Teacher-in-charge, Level Head, or HOD
• Perform general admin duties at the General Office (phone calls, counter duties, filing, distribution of materials)
• Perform any other duties as assigned
