Job summary

V-SWIFT PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent school support assistant to prepare and maintain science resources, set up equipment for lessons, and assist teachers during classes.

The role also involves helping with science events, club activities, and library/reception duties as needed. Ideal candidates have a secondary education certificate (GCE O/A Levels) and prior related experience in a primary school science room.

Qualifications

• Adaptable, organised and comfortable handling physical tasks, managing multiple duties, and interacting with students and staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organise, cut, laminate and maintain science and instructional resources for lessons.
• Set up resources and apparatus before lessons, assist teachers during lessons, and support students with equipment and materials.
• Support setup, logistics, dismantling and storage for science activities, competitions and events.
• Provide administrative and logistical assistance to other departments, including preparation of teaching materials and event support.
• Assist with daily maintenance of the Eco Makers Club food digester.
