Job summary

Migrantlink Pte. Ltd. seeks an Operational & Logistical Support staff to assist in Science and ALP activities, maintain science rooms, and manage inventory and equipment for a busy school environment.

You will support teachers with hands-on sessions, handle logistics for events, and ensure safety and accuracy in all operations. Familiarity with MS Word/Excel and 3+ years in school-based support preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong planning, time-management, and multitasking with inventory and lab upkeep.
• Ability to work independently and with teachers and staff.
• Strict confidentiality and safety compliance.
• 3+ years of relevant experience preferred in school-based support or science lab operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, and pack away materials for Science lessons and ALP.
• Assist teachers with maker-related, hands-on sessions.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of Science Rooms and TinkerSpace.
• Label, store items properly and update on inventory replenishment.
• Manage inventory records, stock-takes, and monitor usage.
• Coordinate equipment loans, returns, and vendor repairs.
• Assist with logistics for science events, exhibitions, and enrichment programs.
• Support teachers operating related equipment during activities.
• Clerical tasks: data entry, filing, documentation for Science Dept and ALP.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by School Leaders, HODs, or authorized personnel.
