Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a diligent School Science Assistant to support teachers in delivering Science lessons, preparing materials, and maintaining equipment. This 44-week contract runs Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm, with a 1-hour lunch, at our partner school in Singapore.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 O-Level passes (including English), good MS Office and IT skills, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 GCE O’Level passes, including English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic IT skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a positive and responsible attitude.
• Prior school administration experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with Science lessons, experiments, and material preparation.
• Set up and organise experiment equipment, resources and consumables.
• Maintain Science equipment, resource rooms and inventory records.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to teachers and school programmes.
• Assist with general office, counter and sick bay duties when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the school.
