Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services is seeking a School Support Assistant in Singapore to help teachers with Science lessons, experiments and preparation of teaching materials. You will set up equipment, maintain resources, and provide admin and logistical support to teachers and programmes.

The role requires O-Level passes including English, proficiency in MS Office, and strong communication. Prior school administration experience is preferred. 44 weeks contract, Monday to Friday work hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 GCE 'O' Level passes, including English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic IT skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a positive and responsible attitude.
• Prior school administration experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with Science lessons, experiments and preparation of teaching materials.
• Set up and organise experiment equipment, resources and consumables.
• Maintain Science equipment, resource rooms and inventory records.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to teachers and school programmes.
• Assist with general office, counter and sick bay duties when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the school.
