Job summary

DYNAMIC SAFETY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an organized School Administration Assistant to support science teaching by preparing materials, setting up equipment and assisting with enrichment programmes.

You will maintain the science resource room, handle inventory, report faulty equipment, assist with attendance and record-keeping, and provide general office support to teachers and school leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 GCE O-Level passes, including English.
• Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in school administration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute Science teaching materials and experiment kits.
• Set up equipment and materials for Science lessons and experiments.
• Assist teachers with Science enrichment programmes and school events.
• Maintain and organise the Science Resource Room and equipment.
• Conduct inventory checks and monitor Science supplies.
• Report faulty equipment and assist with repairs or replacements.
• Provide administrative support to teachers, including photocopying and filing.
• Assist with attendance, resource loans and lost-and-found items.
• Maintain and update records and databases.
• Provide logistical support for school programmes and events.
• Assist the General Office with counter duties and public enquiries.
