Job summary

Dynamic Safety Pte Ltd invites applications for a facilities assistant to manage daily operations of assigned school rooms and facilities in Singapore. You will keep areas clean, organise equipment, support lesson logistics, and monitor stock levels to ensure supplies meet needs.

Work with colleagues on maintenance tasks, follow instructions under supervision when required, and be flexible for exams or special projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Prior cleaning or maintenance experience, preferably in a school or laboratory.
• Able to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic organisational and time-management skills.
• Responsible and accountable.
• Flexible to work during exam periods or special projects when required

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily operations of assigned rooms and school facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organise room equipment and apparatus.
• Provide logistical support for lessons.
• Monitor and maintain school supplies and stock levels.
