Job summary

SEACARE MANPOWER SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a Science Lab Assistant to support teachers with lab setup, experiments and materials. The role also covers equipment maintenance, safety practices and basic office duties in a school environment.

The successful candidate will assist with sorting, packing and inventory tasks, maintain lab and office tidiness, and contribute to a supportive learning atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Preferably 1 year of experience in a school, reception or Science Lab environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to work independently and in a team.
• Good spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with Science lab setup, experiments, lesson materials and equipment.
• Maintain lab equipment, resources and safety practices.
• Support General Office duties, including reception, visitor management, mail/courier handling and basic enquiries.
• Assist with sorting, packing, labelling and inventory tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of office and pantry areas.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
