Job summary

IET Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a school laboratory support role based in Singapore. The position focuses on preparing and organising science laboratory apparatus for experiments and practical lessons, and on maintaining teaching materials and storage areas.

You will assist teachers with preparing Mathematics and Science learning materials, classroom activities, and educational videos, while handling inventory and administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting in a school laboratory or classroom setting is preferred.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

3. Assist with simple, non-technical repairs and maintenance of teaching aids, equipment and learning resources.

5. Assist with inventory management, stocktaking, administrative duties and departmental programmes.

Requirements

• Experience working in a school environment, particularly supporting Science and Mathematics activities, is preferred.

• Good spoken and written English communication skills.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Able to work independently, follow instructions and seek clarification when necessary.

• Organised, responsible and able to support laboratory preparation and teaching activities.
  

  Working Hours

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

  • Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

  • Lunch Break: 1 hour daily
