Job summary

MINDSG Ltd in Singapore seeks a Job Coach at Towner Gardens School to coordinate school-to-work transitions for students, including vocational prep, job placements, and ongoing employment support.

You will work with teachers, allied health professionals, families and employers to assess readiness, arrange attachments, provide training, and monitor progress, ensuring inclusive opportunities for students with intellectual disabilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years working experience.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Teachers and AHPs to prepare and assess student's readiness for job attachments and job placements.
• Identify and provide support to develop the students' confidence and interest in the job before job attachments.
• Source and arrange for job attachment opportunities for students (School based, community based and industrial based).
• Provide job matching for students.
• Analyse and evaluate the suitability of the job site.
• Prepare the students for job attachments.
