Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years working experience.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Teachers and AHPs to prepare and assess students' readiness for job attachments and job placements.
• Identify and provide support to develop the students' confidence and interest in the job before attachments.
• Source and arrange for job attachment opportunities (school-based, community-based and industrial-based).
• Provide job matching for students and analyse suitability of the job site.
• Prepare students for job attachments and negotiate terms with employers after attachment if applicable.
• Provide continued support and guidance to students on the job and collaborate with families and teachers.
