Job summary

Rainbow Centre Singapore seeks a dedicated Job Coach to support students through vocational training and job placements. You will provide job coaching, conduct readiness assessments and collaborate with caregivers and employment partners to ensure meaningful work attachments and successful post-school placements.

The role involves designing coaching plans, arranging placement opportunities, and documenting progress within an interdisciplinary team to promote sustainable employment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Diploma with Certificate in Autism and/or Diploma in Special Education preferred.
• At least 2 years experience working with individuals with disabilities requiring moderate support levels.
• Prior experience in vocational training, assessment or placement will be favourably considered.

Responsibilities

• Vocational Readiness Assessment: assess students' readiness for job attachments and job placements.
• Job Coaching & Vocational Training Design: develop and implement coaching and training plans with accommodations.
• Job Placement Sourcing: source and arrange job attachment opportunities for students.
• Job Site Suitability Evaluation: analyse and evaluate the suitability of job sites.
• Vocational Documentation & Reporting: maintain records and prepare reports.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: work with caregivers, partners and employers to support placements.
