Job summary

The role requires a Masters in Educational or Clinical Psychology with practicum experience and eligibility for registration with the Singapore Register of Psychologists. Prior experience in special education is advantageous, plus strong communication to collaborate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Masters in Educational or Clinical Psychology with practicum experience is mandatory.
• Eligible for registration or already registered with the Singapore Register of Psychologists.
• Prior work experience in a special education setting is advantageous.
• Strong communications skills for diverse stakeholders and ability to foster collaboration.
• Able to handle physical demands of the role, including lifting.

Responsibilities

• Use assessment tools to identify therapy needs and formulate care plans.
• Facilitate individual and group interventions and apply evidence-based practices.
• Complete specialist reports and maintain case notes per guidelines.
• Manage caseload under supervision and develop clinical guidelines with leadership.
• Maintain client records, equipment inventories, and ensure safety compliance.
• Contribute to protocol development to improve services with senior staff.
