Job summary

MINDSG LTD in Singapore is seeking an Operations Executive to support the Operations Manager in overseeing Fernvale Gardens School's estate, facilities, safety, risk management, health matters and emergency preparedness. This role plays a key part in ensuring a safe, clean and compliant learning environment.

You will coordinate vendors, manage maintenance, track incidents and compliance, supervise a team of support staff and contract cleaners, and assist with reporting, documentation and SOP

Qualifications

• Diploma of any discipline, preferably in facilities management or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant management/operations/safety/leadership experience is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, organisation and communication skills; ability to lead and work well in teams.

Responsibilities

• Regularly check the premises for damages and ensure cleanliness and a safe learning environment.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders to manage physical/technological infrastructure improvement and facilities maintenance works.
• Documentation of building plans, school design, manuals, warranties and project hand-overs.
• Manage fault reporting and ensure close follow up with term contractors.
• Manage school facilities booking and evaluate to optimize use.
• Management of access and attendance electronic systems.
• Joint spot-checks with NEA on cleanliness and anti-mosquito regimes.
• Be part of the School Safety Committee to ensure safety during emergencies and health risk situations.
• Provide inputs for Risk Assessment and Management for term contractors.
• Execute SOPs for emergency preparation, readiness and response.
• Liaise with external regulators for Safety, Security and Emergency Preparedness audits.
