Job summary

MINDSG LTD is seeking an Operations Support Assistant to assist with client/ student care, cleaning, school operations, events, and basic admin at Woodlands Gardens School.

The role covers facilities upkeep, event support, safety checks, and simple admin tasks. Training is provided; start as relief staff with a daily rate of SGD 75, with potential conversion to a permanent OSA for strong performers.

Qualifications

• With or without experience; training will be provided.
• Willing to learn and teamwork-oriented.
• Great team player with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Relief staff for 2 months; relief rate from SGD 75 daily.
• Possible to convert to OSA if performing well.
• WSQ certificates would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Clean students who soil themselves; maintain clean areas.
• Open/close the school General Office; security duties during lunch.
• Oversee sorting, storage of materials; respond to incidents.
• Set up seating for events; arrange refreshments for meetings.
• Assist with facility inspections, safety checks, repairs, and maintenance.
