Job summary

Lambda Computing Solutions (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operation Support Officer to assist the daily operations of an MOE High School near Tanah Merah MRT in Singapore.

You will work with the Principal, Vice-Principal, Operations Manager, and school staff to maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised learning environment. Responsibilities include cleanliness, furniture arrangements, moving heavy items, and access control, with rotating shifts and potential Saturday work.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively and work in teams.
• Prior experience in logistics-related work, cleaning duties, administrative roles, or school-related experience is advantageous.
• Must maintain fitness and resilience to perform the role.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and Saturdays if required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general cleanliness of the school compound, including CCA venues, staff rooms and special rooms (sweeping, mopping, rubbish clearance).
• Arrange or rearrange furniture for meetings, exams, and functions as needed.
• Move heavy objects between locations.
• Lock/unlock classrooms as required.
• Operate and maintain basic office equipment and materials.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Reporting Officer.
