Job summary

LAMBDA COMPUTING SOLUTIONS (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operation Support Officer to assist an MOE Secondary School near Simei MRT. You will ensure a safe, clean, and well-organised learning environment by supporting daily operations and facilities tasks.

The role requires physical fitness, reliability, and the ability to work with staff, students, and visitors. This is a contract position for 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027, with early morning shifts and potential on-call duties.

Qualifications

• PSLE or equivalent qualification.
• Able to communicate effectively with staff, students, and visitors.
• Medically fit and comfortable performing physical duties.
• Experience in school operations, cleaning, facilities support, or logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operational needs of the school.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, equipment, and workspaces.
• Open and secure classrooms, offices, gates, windows, and other school facilities.
• Provide logistical support for school events, examinations, and activities, including setting up and moving furniture and equipment.
• Assist in transporting and arranging supplies, stock, and materials.
• Provide relief coverage for other Operation Support Officers when required.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by authorised school personnel.
