Job summary

PRIMESTAFF MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a facilities support staff in Singapore to maintain cleanliness across the school compound, including CCA venues, staff rooms and special rooms, and to set up spaces for meetings, exams and events. You will move furniture, lock/unlock rooms, and operate basic office equipment as required.

Strong communication and teamwork are essential; prior experience in cleaning, logistics, admin, or school settings is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively and work in teams.
• Prior experience in logistics-related work, cleaning duties, administrative roles, or school-related experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general cleanliness of school compound including cleaning of CCA venues, staff rooms and special rooms.
• Arrange/re-arrange furniture for meetings/exams/functions as and when required.
• Move heavy objects from point to point.
• Lock/unlock classrooms.
• Operate and maintain basic office equipment & materials if required.
• Any other task assigned by the Reporting Officer.
